To ensure smooth service, transparent communication, and fair processing for all customers, the following Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized channels.

1. General Policy Overview

When you book a decoration service with HappyHeartss, we reserve the date, allocate a decorator, procure materials in advance, and block time slots exclusively for you.

Because of this operational structure, cancellations affect labour, material preparation, logistics, and scheduling.

Hence, the cancellation and refund rules below are strictly followed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before the Event

If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your selected decoration time slot:

• You are eligible for a partial refund.
• Deduction includes:
• Material cost
• Labour allocation charges
• Service & processing fees
• The remaining amount will be refunded as per the refund timeline below.

This applies to all services, including:

• Birthday Decorations
• Anniversary Decorations
• Baby Shower Setups
• Romantic & Proposal Decorations
• Theme-based Balloon Décor
• Home Celebration Styling
• Personalised Gifting Add-ons

2.2 Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Event

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time:

• No refund will be provided.
• Materials, balloons, flowers, and accessories are already prepared or inflated, and manpower is already assigned.

This rule also applies to same-day or urgent bookings.

2.3 Cancellation Due to Invalid or Unserviceable Pincode

If a customer enters a pincode outside our serviceable areas:

• The booking will be cancelled after verification.
• A partial refund may be provided after deducting payment gateway & processing fees.

2.4 Cancellation Due to Customer Not Being Available

A booking may be marked as completed (non-refundable) if:

• The customer is unreachable at the time of delivery/setup
• Building or society denies entry
• Customer delays access by more than 20 minutes
• Incorrect address or location is provided
• No responsible person is present to guide the decorator

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.).

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued for the following:

• Last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours)
• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address or restricted access
• Delay caused by the customer
• Decorations already prepared and dispatched
• Custom-made products or personalised gifts
• Add-ons purchased specially for the order

4. Rescheduling Policy

Instead of canceling, customers may choose to reschedule (subject to availability):

• Rescheduling is allowed only if requested more than 24 hours before the event.
• The new date/time slot is subject to decorator availability.
• Additional pincode or time-slot charges may apply.

5. Service Delivery & Conditions

HappyHeartss is not liable for cancellation or delays caused by:

• Weather issues
• Traffic or unexpected road restrictions
• Society/building rules
• Power backup issues in balloon blower usage
• Items damaged after setup by pets, children, or guests
• Balloons affected by AC airflow, ceiling fans, heat, or humidity

We ensure premium-quality balloons and materials, but environmental factors may affect longevity.
