• Pincode availability and additional charges apply based on serviceable locations.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the selected time slot are eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service, labour, and material charges).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund, as materials and resources are already allocated.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
• No refund is applicable for incorrect address, restricted access, non-cooperation at the venue, or unavailability of the customer during the scheduled service time.
