Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy Overview

When you book a decoration service with HappyHeartss, we reserve your date, allocate decorators, procure materials, and block time slots exclusively for you. Due to labour, logistics, and material preparation, cancellations impact operational planning. Hence, the following rules are strictly followed.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before the Event

If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the selected time slot, you are eligible for a partial refund. Deductions include material cost, labour charges, and service & processing fees. The remaining amount will be refunded as per the refund timeline.

2.2 Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Event

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Materials and manpower are already prepared or assigned. This applies to same-day and urgent bookings.

2.3 Invalid or Unserviceable Pincode

If an entered pincode is outside our serviceable area, the booking will be cancelled after verification. A partial refund may be provided after deducting payment gateway and processing fees.

2.4 Customer Unavailability

A booking will be treated as completed and non-refundable if the customer is unreachable, entry is denied, access is delayed beyond 20 minutes, incorrect address is shared, or no responsible person is available at the venue.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.).

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours)
• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address or restricted access
• Customer-caused delays
• Decorations already prepared or dispatched
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Add-ons specially purchased for the order

4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers may opt to reschedule instead of cancelling, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made more than 24 hours before the event. Additional pincode or time-slot charges may apply.

5. Service Delivery & Conditions

HappyHeartss is not liable for delays or issues caused by weather conditions, traffic, building or society rules, power backup limitations, or post-setup damage by pets, children, or guests. Environmental factors such as AC airflow, ceiling fans, heat, or humidity may affect balloon longevity despite premium materials.
